Sleep talking adventure #1

Pre-Story Facts:
Last week was a very long week.
A very good week.
But a very long and exhausting week.
Somehow I am blaming this story on those previous facts.
I slept talked in elementary school. A bit in Jr. High. Nothing really since then... but how would I know.

Story:
I woke up and had my phone to my ear.
I had just finished saying "...reading."
Then I hear my friend Cortney say, "What? Melissa I don't understand you."
Okay, so I am talking to Cortney... good. Good to know.
"Melissa, are you asleep?"
"No." Now I am not.
We talk for a bit longer, but the whole time I am thinking "How long have we been talking" "What have I been saying!"
We hang up, and I fall back asleep. So tired.

The next day I tell her how I had actually been asleep.
We laughed.
"What did I say?"
She told me I had been speaking in some type of gibberish.
We laughed harder.
Good thing.
I tend to be quite honest and open in my sleep talking adventures of past.
She could have gotten anything she wanted out of me.
Not sure what, but if it was there... it would have been gotten.
Good thing my brain security turned my voice to gibberish.
Good thinking brain.

Epiphany:
I will be moving my phone across the room when I sleep.
Also, don't call me to test this. I may break a leg trying to get to my phone in my sleep as I also plan on putting up obstacles.

Also, I named this post Adventure #1, because if you are lucky I may blog about my past stories. Sheesh. Some are quite the doozies.
