Scared Stiff

Chapter One: I received a RESTRICTED NUMBER call yesterday while I was at work on my cell phone so I picked it up. A man with a thick accent said, "Hey Melissa! What you doing?" I said I was at work and before I could ask who it was he said he would call later. He seemed like I should know him.
Chapter Two: On my way home from James' house I got another RESTRICTED NUMBER call so I promptly picked up my cell phone. This is the conversation that followed:

Stranger: "Hey Melissa! How was work"
Myself: "Just fine, sorry, who is this?"
S: "Good to hear, what you been up to?"
M: "Not much, can I help you?"
S: "Cool, You on your way home?"
M: "I don't know, who is this? How did you get my number? How do you know me?"
S: "I was thinking we could hang out tonight?"
M: "Probably not as you keep ignoring my questions."
S: "I will meet you at your place to (insert the filthiest, foulest sentances I have EVER heard EVER!!!)
M: "If you call me again or show up at my house I will have the cops there waiting for you!"

CLICK!! (at this point I wish I could have slammed my phone shut)

I was then absolutely terrified, mortified. He had my cell phone, my name, and seemed pretty confident that he knew where I lived. I am still shaking. I still cannot believe he said that stuff to me, it was violating and horrific. I slept with the my bedroom door locked and stuff behind it. What gives people the right to take a night's sleep away from someone, to put these thoughts into someone's head. Ugh. I feel like a scared little girl.
