But seriously folks, already the slew of questions...
"How did you do it?"
"What did you do differently?"
"How did you convince him to marry you?"
That last one always hits me as offensive... although... EXACTLY how I feel.
The whole thing was a miracle.
Miracle, I tell you.
I did NOT do a single thing differently in the last year than I have my whole single life.
Except live my life, and fill it with fun and exciting moments that I never regretted for a moment.
If you have been married long enough that you have forgotten how much of a miracle it was that you and your luuhver found each other... then let this be a reminder. It is a miracle. That you were in the same place, that you caught each other's eyes, that either of you had the guts and/or vulnerability to say anything and that it moved as it did and that you are here, where you are, now.
God...No God, Mother Earth, Thor, Obama, whatever you believe or don't believe in... blessed you!
Cause God blessed me with this man.
And what a cute one at that!
I cannot say enough that it doesn't matter where you are in your life, what you are doing, how cute or thin or educated or talented you are... just enjoy the ride! Cause everything else is a miracle.
So believe in miracles, believe that they still exist and happen daily in your life. Just don't forget that where you are and the people you are in love with right now... it's all a miracle. From God...
